When you get in touch
This website stores the name, email, optional phone number, and message you submit, plus your country and home neighbourhood when you make a membership enquiry, so the community administrators can respond. These details are visible only in the private admin area and are not published on the website.
Cookies and media
A session cookie keeps forms secure and enables administrator sign-in. The welcome film uses browser session storage to remember when it has played in the current tab; it is not used for tracking. This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. YouTube embeds are loaded only when you choose to play a video; YouTube then receives technical information from your browser under its own privacy terms. Links to social networks take you to those services.
Your chosen language is remembered in a cookie for up to one year.
